I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as it was super close to Glenwood Gardens for some beautiful walks and just a short drive to Splash Cincinnati Indoor Water Park, which was perfect for a fun outing with the family. the staff was friendly and accommodating, really enhancing my experience.

The location was great! Close to the zoo and Jungle Jims, which is exactly why we came, right? The check-in process was smooth and staff were friendly, so that was a plus.

I booked a room with two beds, but there was only one towel available, which made things a bit awkward. The hotel also lacked an elevator, and the hallways seemed neglected. I found it unsettling to see open areas where unauthorized individuals could roam freely. Breakfast was minimal, really just a muffin and coffee, which did not meet my expectations for a hotel offering breakfast. Overall, the positives didn’t outweigh the negatives, and I wouldn’t consider staying here again.
